Accepting the Terms of Service

By using any part of https://cutoptimizer.com website (referred to collectively as the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We will treat your use of the Service as acceptance of the Terms of Service from that point onwards.


General terms

The Service is made available for your personal, non-commercial use or for any commercial or business purposes for yourself or any third parties.

You may not to access (or attempt to access) the Service by any means other than through the interface that is provided on https://cutoptimizer.com website.

You may not to access (or attempt to access) the Service through any automated means, including use of scripts or web crawlers.

You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Electronic payments for the chargeable Services (Access to Premium Content) of Cut Optimizer are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized reseller and payment provider. Paddle supports multiple payment methods, including PayPal, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For more information about Paddle and its payment security policies, please visit www.paddle.com.

Legacy PayPal subscriptions continue to be managed directly through PayPal. For information about the PayPal payment system and its security policies, please visit www.paypal.com.

All prices are listed exclusive of any applicable taxes. Taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout by Paddle in accordance with the customer’s billing location and local tax regulations.

We cannot take any responsibility for any loss of your goods caused by usage of this service. It is up to you to check if suggested cutting is doable in reality and that service didn’t do any wrong calculation. When using this service you accept all responsibility for any damage as a consequence of its usage.

You should be aware that we make no guarantees about the reliability or continuity of our service. We reserve the right to pause or terminate our service, or delete your account and data, at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any losses, either direct or indirect, that such interruption or termination may cause you.

Cut Optimizer accounts are non-transferable.

By accepting the Terms of Service, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy.


Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with our service. If you`re experiencing any issues or the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us — we`re here to help.


Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Refunds are available only for first-time purchases of a paid subscription. Renewals or repeat subscriptions are not eligible for a refund.

We do not offer partial refunds or credits if you cancel your subscription during a billing period. You will retain full access until the current billing cycle ends.

The only exception is when changing or upgrading to a different plan (e.g. switching from monthly to annual, or upgrading to a higher-tier plan). In these cases:

  • If your subscription was paid through Paddle — including PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay — your current plan will be immediately updated, and any unused time will be converted into account credit. This credit will automatically reduce future charges, either partially or fully, depending on the price of your new plan.
  • If your subscription was paid directly via PayPal (legacy subscriptions only) — your current plan will be canceled, and a prorated refund for the unused portion will be issued to your PayPal account.

In both cases, you will gain immediate access to your new plan.

To be eligible, the refund request must be made within the refund window, and your account must not have violated our Terms of Service.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@cutoptimizer.com and include your account email and payment reference. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Refund Appeals

We understand that honest mistakes can happen. If you believe you were charged in error — for example, if you missed a renewal reminder or forgot to cancel your subscription — you may contact us to request a refund review.

We’ll consider refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The charge occurred within the last 7 days.
  • Your account has not been used during the new billing period.
  • You did not receive a renewal reminder and were unaware of the upcoming charge.

Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While we are not obligated to issue a refund in these situations, we aim to be fair and customer-friendly.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cut Optimizer, its affiliates, officers and employees, harmless, including costs and attorney’s fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to your use of the Service, your violation of the Terms of Service, and/or your violation of any other right of any person or entity.

USE OF THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS, WHERE IS," AS AN ACCOMMODATION, AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL CUT OPTIMIZER BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO YOU FOR ANY DEFICIENCY, ERROR, OR INTERRUPTION IN THE SERVICE PROVIDED HEREUNDER. YOUR SOLE REMEDY IN THE EVENT OF ANY DEFICIENCY OR ERROR SHALL BE TO REQUEST THAT CUT OPTIMIZER CORRECT THE MATTER OR INFORMATION PROVIDED OR, IF CUT OPTIMIZER FAILS TO DO SO, TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICE AT YOUR OPTION.


Changes to the Terms of Service

We may make changes to the Terms of Service from time to time. When these changes are made, we will make a new copy available at https://cutoptimizer.com/terms-of-service.

You understand and agree that if you use the Service after the date on which the Terms of Service have changed, we will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
